APP OBJECTIVE
Here we had to deliver an mobile app that is linked to each doctor’s calendar systems.The also had EFT payments functionality for appointments and consultation fees.
PRODUCTION STRATEGY:
The internal development team recommended an OPEN API from the app than on the doctor’s side because its easier for doctors to connect to the app then vice versa.
The planning and the execution took 5 months which included detailed research on integrations and customer experience expectations.
RESULTS:
During the testing period we connected to over 46 APIs coming from various booking systems which was accepted by our code engine.
On the launch of the app after months of testing.
