APP OBJECTIVE
Polyman wanted to consolidate & migrate their customer policies and data to online by using a desktop and a mobile app for onboarding customers.
The organisation had kept and recorded their customer data on an excel sheet and that data was getting old, lost and had no CRM to assess the book and continue to upsell.
PRODUCTION STRATEGY:
The internal development team mapped out their database on excel in order to match what will be handled by MSQL. In this way, all the offline data will be migrated online.
After the data was migrated, the mobile app was then built to encourage new policy acquisitions, allow customers to update their family members and for agents to track their commissions.
RESULTS:
The organisation had a 95% success rate in data retention.
We had 7,431 registrations on the app during the first 4 months of launch from the 9,210 total book they had.
The organisation is now rolling out mobile kiosks which are linked to the app and desktop dashboard.
